General Comment.
Weather - Very cool, light rain
(most) morning accompanied
by a cold wind.
Party - George Barrington & Tom Rodgers.
Time - 8:40 - 11:30.
Route I traveled - Along west side
of fresh-water pond near the
north end of Lake Merritt, where
the ducks are customarily fed.
This was a day of very good
opportunity for observation which
can best be described by reference
to species notes.
