Our course took us south along
the east side of the Stadium to
the north-facing slope of
Strawberry Canyon. By this
time (about 11:85) it was very
cold and many of the birds
had ceased singing.
As we walked up the road
along the north-facing slope and
across to the opposite side, near
the V.C. Poultry Farm, the sun
managed to penetrate this area
in the fog two or three times in 40
minutes.
Our trip was officially over
at 12:00 noon about 100 yards
west of the V.C. Poultry Farm
on the road which traverses
Strawberry Canyon on its south-facing
slope.
