1719 Aneides flavipunctatus (stained skeleton)
When Paul Maslin was killing a snarbled
salamander (Dicamptodon ensatus - MVZ
no. 27673), this small salamander was
thrown out of its mouth. It was partially
digested, but still recognizable. The
Dicamptodon was collected at the same
time and place that a large number of
other Aneides flavipunctatus were. This
was Varni. W. Felton, Santa Cruz Co., Jan. 1, 1939.
