J. Rogers Mrs. Vert. Zool. Berkeley, Alameda Co., Caly Sept. 21, 1938 MVZ 1437 Bufo canorus 1438 " boreas halophilus 1439 " lioreas halophilus Nos 1434-1439 are from Kaiser Pass, 9200 ft. Collected by A.E. Culbertson, on July 30, 1938. He says that he feels that 1438 and 1439 are Bufo boreas halophilus, but adds that he has never seen them larger than these specimens in Kaiser Pass. Compared to other B. b. halophilus, they seem typical, except for size; 4 specimens from 8500 ft., in Sequoia National Park are also typical halophilus but small.
