The cluster is roughly 30mm X 18m. Each egg is attached to a peduncle about 2-3 mm. long; these are attached to a long central tangle of strands which resemble the peduncles in form. Four of the eggs were taken from the mass and one was cut open and the embryo taken out. Measurements follow: head length (to just in front of front leg) 5mm; head and body (to just back of hind leg) 13.5mm.; total length 23mm.; gills 2± mm. long. The embryo is gray, and the yolk light yellow. The gills were folded back against the side of the animal. When extended, fine blood vessels showed in their otherwise transparent tissue. The egg and embryo were preserved in 60% alcohol. The four eggs measured: 8 X 7 mm., 7.1 X 6.9 mm., 7 X 6.1 mm., 7 X 6.5 mm.
