Humboldt Mts. - Sept. 23rd '76. - With the last. unbletely 2-6 193.- A plant nearly allied to these, with a single erect stem, branched above, fishlike, enlarged below the joints, leaves radical, pubescent, to white pubescence; flowers few, a cattail small, was found in the Lower Trinity Mountains near the foot of Humboldt Lake. - This specimen. E. lacagnacrae. 194.- Shepherdia argentea. - Specimen of fruit. Very common by banks of streams & rivers. - 10-12. - "Buffalo Kerry."
