Below the Big Bend.- July 24th 1867.- Calyx more prominent
than in the preceding species, deeply parted, segments unequal.
Upper lip of calyx 2-3/4". Stamens 4, fertile. Style filiform or
whorl at apex. Two purple dots on middle line of lower lip. Throat
hairy within.- 2-10' high.- Common.
