Order 2 XX.- Cornaceae. 71.- [illegible] - A species was seen in Wright's Canon, (W. Humboldt Mrs.) with broad cymes of white flowers - Drupes white; leaves acuminata. - No specimens. Order 2 XXII.- Caprifoliaceae. 72.- Symphoricarpos (a). Sheet 114. - Spec. 1-6. - W. Truckee Mrs. - Aug. 16th 1867. - Near head of canon at Folsom's Station II. - Also seen in fruit near the summit of Star Peak, Sept. 20th 1867. - 2-3°. 73.- Symphoricarpos (b). (?) - Sheet 115. - Spec. 1-4. - Star Peak, (W. Humboldt Mrs.) Sept. 9th 1867. - The most luxuriant branches of a shrub supposed at the time to be the same as the last. As it was not in fruit, the leaves are strongly similitude [illegible], it may not belong to this genus. 74.- Sambucus glanca (?) - Sheet 116. - Spec. 1-3. - Wright's Canon, W. Humboldt Mrs. Sept. 19th 1867. - Common on banks of streams in the higher caons of the W. Humboldt Mrs. - Flowers white in broad cymes. Fruit rather small, calyx, very glaucous with a light blue blown. 4-5" high. Fruit quite calyx.
