9.10X.121 And" (Connect.) appears my district - slender much
branchd, apparently low (1° or as high) - racemes short (2-3') forgin in
fruit, loose 5 flowers acathard - bracts short - calyx broad campan's to
ellips. ovuloid. leaflets 7-9, longer about equally the petallobes, 1"t, oblanceolate, often
submersed. capsule 6"x11", 3-5-seeded - short - suberous - pungid prun.
XT. Nothing when we are all in Windsor: Tor. or Gray.
Will marked - tall, erect, deep green, very platyons - leaflets expanded - cauline
petioles short, radical elongated - raceme elongated, slender.
Gray puts several species of what seems to be the same as to their forms between Lobophyllis & Polyphyllus. Looks
at any quite again - polyphyllus has nothing 7 and 5 buds. The original descriptions, data. leaves
about 3" long, in a thick raceme (12-14). Black or Tall - Ramont's own "Bacopae", is branched, pretty long fruit
+ 7-celled flower. Gray's delicate spicis on Lobandora "[illegible]" (Lobophyllus + Bornea later.) - equals from
Canada. We have exactly same. || They are not Lepidophyllums, but probably a new species.
Apparently tall & branched, with large elongated (6-12) vertical racemes, Walts
3-4" long, in a thick raceme, 1-3 flowers, petioles about 2-4" long, leaves 3-4" x 16", 7-seeded - leaflets
[illegible] - 9. oblong-lanceolate 2-3" long, 1/2" wide, entire or toothed, short bracts, white petals.
