This is 3V6 Zommy- Mar C. filiformis - whiplike, but distinct - clothed with a uniform minute acrocentric pubescence - leaves 2-5 pinnate, filiforme - floret one with 5-7 filiforme bracts with within a 2-3 lateral lobed bractlets - calyx divisions nearly equal & but little shorter than the corolla, oblong, the posterior one slightly inflated. 4 leaves yellow - 1° high - much branched. The lobes of the bracts (i.e. Divisions of the leaves) though apparently filiforme are in reality not only linear with clavate acuminate margins. XLVII C. canescens, Gr. (2-5 mm. taken worker) seems to be the same as an undescribed plant of firmans (3-9, 1847) from shore of Salt Lake in Utah, Zommy. Kov - a single one of Johnson's species in Hwb. Gr
