20' = An early form of R. Californicum, Benth. (R. fasciculatum, Nutt. of Dyall's Oregon Boundary collection.) Also collected by Miss A.I., Park, Shasta Co., Calif. (Banksy Meadow Lake) = R. macroanthum, indet. Nor.var. macroanthum (blind, 320) which is very much more rillons + the narrower long + strongly beaked. Intermediate form (but less beaked) known from Oregon Boundary (Dyall) & Calif. (BS 4729) are the same Perhaps good species Double the flank of Dryglass, though the leaves are entire throughout; the aculeo at the base of the chine; the fezal is attached by the edges + renders a caryophyllin to the base of the chine only — in this respect resembling R. lingua ... Found also by Dr. Anderson, + Johnson (Franklin County) + Mrs. M. Spalding (Cleveboro, Oregon) (R. macrocarpum, Nutt. Gregor. = 4729)
