Dorr. as "Fragaria Chilensis" from Warren Valley, by Strother June '65 [illegible] P. millegrana, Eng., distinguished by its more slender branched habit, smaller flowers, numerous small smooth white anthers. Stamens usually 10, 2 opposite each tepal A species of P. Amurensis, Maxim. in Herb. Dorr. which approaches it closely, has 20 stamens. Judging from the spec. in Herb. Dorr., P. millegrana is but a trifoliate. The more usual form of P. rivularis, Nutt.
