0750. A male (pub. Green) flew from
Wet corner of Bahia lab. pen as I
approached. Green Male ♂3 was in
the central clearing, feeding a
little, then stood on the edge of
dust bath area. An outside ♂
walked across the top of the pen
and gave a few assembly & Caw!
calls; ♂3 ♂ then gave a series
of Caw! calls, ran up and down
the cleared area, and at 0800
perched on the small instrument
shelter.
1500. Saw a pair of birds with
several small chicks in area A-1 and
A-2, who all went into weeds, and
moved down along fence. Saw the
♀ to be Orange. At 1502, Black
♀ flew across pen from A-3 (nest
site) to top of instrument shelter.
She gave assembly call twice and
was joined by Green ♂. I checked

18 eggs unchanged; suggest the
passage of the other family dis-
