Antelope Valley- California Condor Eben Mcmillan 21 August 1 Night on Northwest Side Antelope Valley near the fence line of Tejon Ranch. Even though my camping place was as far removed from a well-traveled road as one could get in that area, nevertheless the ground where I camped was actually littered with shotgun and rifle shells of all Glass bottles had been shot at until they were Scott in small pieces all over the area. Any Can or other object that would pass for a target in this area were riddled with bullet and shot holes. I doubt that one could find an area more fully shot-up than is the case in th Northwest Antelope Valley area. One Shepherd claimed to have seen many large bli on the carcass of a dead sheep. I doubt that he was truth in this claim for he was very vague about where and when the observation occurred. At least I will not use it seriously unless this shepherd proves himself more relab in the future. The several shepherds in the [illegible]; Promiscuous Shooting Condor ? 6 Antiented
