Shepherdia looks silvery green at distance. Actostaphylos m.-m local. More sharp willows. Sisyrinchium splendens, The very pale glaucous wily leaves serrulate. Cypripedium spectabile by thousands in gravelly or sandy alluvium! with Senecio aureus, Poplaria & the new Comandra which is flowering matically this year. Cratacus Fernaei abundant in fine flower, Cypripedium pubescens & pawpflown & Valeriana sylv. abound everywhere in rock crevices! Cold shaded cliffs at Round Rock covered with Coptis, gay, Pellnea gracilis & a few plants of Noodrask (Cystopteris montana or pleoponbora). W., Hlveris. Aralen lueronta & Draba arabidiana on sunny cliffs & talus. (over) July 2. Max & myszy. Down rivers to Grand Coups, Salmon Lagg, don't rise, Though Hundreds of them in rivers. Wet cliffs
