alc small size of eggs & probably pointed tail
feathers of young bird in nest at same
time; Cypress on F. T. Road; just able to
fly & I caught him twice. First is double
& appears last year's. Eggs are in nest
unmarked, but tagged #221 1894.
222) 7/6 Cal. Luvail 1 egg, fresh
found in nest #161. odd #161/#222 1894
223) 7/6 W. J. & Filye. 1 finely curious-
by marked. Incubation well advanced.
2/2 ft. from ground in a gnarl in trunk
of cypress next to #153 7/81. Looked pre-
viously for this as I knew the third
set was laid, by the male's notes.

is very small. 3 ft up in scant briars,
inside of furthroat by Smith's fence
& over priwinkles. Eggs resemble (#129
& #186 laid by 1 pair) but nest doesn't.
