as the nest was similar but perhaps
more hen feathers this time. Paper
scraps. Foundation started with green
blackberry leaves.

gone some time. 8 ft up on briars
on outside & about middle of clump
growing on oak back Smiths orchard.

left them in hollow of a knot (same
place as 1894 or 1893) oak W. of turkey
root oak. Found by Billy J. Hobbed
at this place many times this season
but this is a late nest.

color. Embryos forming in grass
under small pine near long limby
express E. of Towhee briars. Found
