Eisimatura jamaicensis. A few.
Seven Aythya affinis, five females and two males swam
into my decoys.
Ereanetes occidentalis. Abundant.
Actodromas minutilla. Abundant.
Squatarola squatarola. Common.
Felidna alpina. Common.

One owl was seen.

7:00 A.M. to 8:00 A.M. and 5:15 P.M. to 5:40 P.M.
Conditions: Foggy in the morning; clear and serene in the
evening.
Both in the morning and evening the following gulls were ob-
served:-
Larus glaucus. Common.
Larus californicus. Very common.
Larus occidentalis. Three or four.
Ducks were very common along the mole. Saw three going
north.
