Ereanetes occidentalis. Abundant. Actodromas minutilla. Abundant. Squatarola squatarola. Common. Felidna alpina. Common. 208; 5; Aythya affinis; Alameda, Cal.; B.A.S. No. 2422 One owl was seen. FEB 24 1905 Alameda, Cal. to and from San Francisco, Cal. 7:00 A.M. to 8:00 A.M. and 5:15 P.M. to 5:40 P.M. Conditions: Foggy in the morning; clear and serene in the evening. Both in the morning and evening the following gulls were ob- served:- Larus glaucus. Common. Larus californicus. Very common. Larus occidentalis. Three or four. Ducks were very common along the mole.
