Swallow, Black Phoebe (swip. Western Flycatcher, Calif. Jay, Steller Jay, Bush-Tit, Titmouse 1, Wren -lit 3, Vireos Virel, House Wren 3 near mouth of canyon , RB. Thrush, Hutton Vireo 1, Warbling Vireo 3, Lut. Warbler 3, Toliis W. 1, Pil. Warbler 3, Tanager 1, Grosbeak 4, Lay.B. 1 above dairy Pur. Finch 2 pr. near sw. p., Junnet a few S.W. dairy W. Goldfinch (flies over), Bristle 1 (flies over), Juncos 3 pr., Br. Tortoises, Sp. Tortoises 3 pr., Song sp. 6. Nests: W. Flycatcher bldg. in Stratton garage, 55 Canyon Rd. Black Phoebe under diving board at SW. pool, Bushtit in oak app. garage 55 Canyon Rd. Families: Bush-tits 2, Juncos 4 y.q. at 55 Cauds. Route - to poultry farm via Canyon Rd., return via dairy road. May 14. Cold wind from north. May 15. Miss Price took us in her car to Boulder Creek Dumbarton Bridge; Very few birds: 2 Ancests, 15' N.Phal, a few Red. Sandpipers, Cliff Swallows - May 16.
