Pt., Flicker, Lut.Warbler, Brush.tl (1pr.), Wrentit at., Thrasher (1 s.q. over), Lut.Warb. and W. Organ Wren, Purple Finch, Linnet, G.S.p.Tow., Br.Tow., Junco, G-c Sp., Song Sp.: 18 sp. In late afternoon a male Quail gave its whistled call from the Rec. Bldg. S. of W.F.C. Also 1 on Pied.Are and one seen N. of International House (feet broken up?) Song of Song Sparrow: Audubon Warbler: - - - - - (no accent) April 12. The same birds in abundance near the house plus Warbling Vireo. A group of G-c Sp. came to the pool. Also two or more Fox Sparrows, very shy. None came for food. April 13. Faculty groups walked up Str. Canyon, return by Trail to the Top of Bonner's Way. Foggy. At the S. end of Stadium - a Roug.-sq.
