3 Hermit Thrushes at pool at one time.
Fox Sparrow seen - first time.
St. Horned Owl calling father up canyon,
Tanager and Warbler at pool and Hutton
Vireo, Ruby-crowned Kinglet, Sp. Towhee.
Oct.20 Lightning and thunder 8 a.m.
W. Winter Wren feeding on things on the
edge of the pool. 1H. Thrush bathing-
Flicker alighted on dead branch in
front of E. window - Dnail calling
at 49 Mosswood Rd.
Oct.21. Pair of Virginia Wrens alighted on
feeding branch. W. Wren heard 10 a.m.
Oct.22. Pair of Brown Thrushes came to pool.
Also Sp. Towhee, Song Sps., Tanager Warbler
4 Hermit Thrushes at once: Titmouse,
Flicker and V. Wren calling - At noon
a Flicker alighted on porch railing
off dining room.
Oct.23. Flicker drinking from east pool. Tawn.
and Warbler, P.c. Kinglet, Hermit Thrush,
Apple on feeding branch. Filled it with clean
Brush Tits in E. pool. St. Horned Owl calling
Oct.24. 2 Hermit Thrushes in pool, P.c. Kinglet
singing, Tanager pool, Brush Tits bathing.
