1944 Boulder Creek male Br. Tor. feeds younger but drives away his mate when she tries to come to the table with him. To all appearances she is sitting. Have not found her nest. Sunny day - June 20. Br. Tor. gave water to younger. Bath on edge of pool? Sp. Tor. next - 3 eggs. Sitting. Solds near by. Ligh. thr. Fye. fledged in distance June 21. Hooted into Sp. Tor. nest - 3 eggs. Sitting. Rained during last night and early mornings. Warm - Black Mr. Gray Warbler singing near house - Song Sp. has been heard near river tee, past week. H. Woodpecker. June 22 Rain last night and early morning. Left for Berkeley 10 a.m. At Mission Springs. Jelton - Morning Dove, Wren - Mt. B. Wren, Calif. Woodpecker, Ash Thr. Flycatcher. Scott Valley.
