While we were both away from home the U.C. sprayers sprayed all the oaks on our place except three near the street - no permission. Apr. 7. The sprayers asked permission to spray the rest of the trees - no expense to us. These those are the ones which cause the greater amount of discomfort in the level part of the garden. I had them finish the job. The trees were being very severely mouse-eaten and there has been no rains to delay migrations and so increase birds. Took M. & Mrs. Mead to Border Creek.
