Sp., Cal. Towhee, Junco, Pileated Giskin, Audubon W., Vigor Wren. Total 26. Apr. 12. Heard Russet-backed Thrush again - Apr. 14. Hermit Thrush and Fox Sp. still here. S.F. Towhee on table - has not been coming during winter. Apr. 15. Heard Robin and Tolmie Warbler. Went to Cemetery - Saw several robins in Ivy. Heard Chipping Sparrow. Apr. 16. Table walk with ladies in canyon. Found Vigor Wren, House Wren, P.t. Warbler Lutes W., Tolmie W., Quail, Cal. Jay, Coast J, Mottled Sp., Golden-cr. Sp., Green-backed Gold, Brown Towhee, S.F. Towhee, Warbling Vireo, Hutton Vireo (2 pairs) Bush-tits, W. Flycatcher- Sierra junco, Sharp-sh. Hawk, House Finch, Purple Finch, R-c. Kinglet, Wren-tit, Meadow Lark, Allen W. Clear, warm. Last winds. Apr. 17. 4 naked young in titmouse box, Apr. 18, 19. Very hot. East wind. Migrating Warblers.
