Neck bands are more distinct than in the other banded bird. Thrasher comes to same perch constantly - a horizontal branch near ground, 6 ft. east of bird bath, and 12-15 ft. east of table. Flies direct from this perch to table, or hops along ground till almost underneath table, then flies up. Took 9 mouthfuls cooked oat- meal and 13 logan berries at one feeding. Nov. 17. Rain. In addition to usual birds, saw 1 Tolemite Warbler. Watched it a full half hour, following it from shrubs to shrub areas club house. Saw white eye lids, gray head and yellow breast. Flock of 20 Blue Birds flew over the campus. Many Robins and Warblings on Prospect.
