B. Towhee. Feb. 17. Cold, partly cloudy. Walked along Piedmont into Campus & a little way on Big C. Trail, Saw Audubon W., Song Sp., Flickers, Cal. Blue Jay, Ruby-cs, Kinglets, Br. Towhees, S.F. Towhee, Mew-tits (2), Bushtit, Meadow Lark, Pipits (500?), Nuttall Sparrow, Golden- cs Sp., Pine Siskin (100), Anna and Allen H - Varied Robin, Red-tailed Hawk, Vigoro Wren. Feb. 19 Rain Feb. 18-22.
