Circle. Children know all of the birds that come regularly to feed. Jan.23. Six Blue Birds flew over in same direction again. Rain Jan.27. Rain - cold again. Jan.29. Snowed hard - twice 8 a.m., 4/11/4 p.m. Mr. Grinnell brought his class to watch birds. All kinds came, jun. And. Circle at 10 watched birds a few minutes then went up hill to snow. Jan.31. Found a Parkman Wren in old orchard near Mrs. Parson's reservoir. Two Rufous. Or Sparrows nearby. Clear Feb.1. Clear. Feb.2. Cold cloudy.
