Began a second section for Bird Walks. 11 present. Saw 18 birds. Blue gays carrying nesting materials. Saw 13 quells rise over hills and fly eastward about 4 P.M. Mar. 12. Pale-olated Warbler and Western Flycatcher back. Heard migrating water birds in evening. Mar. 13. Warbling Vireo back.
