March 19. Went to Golden Gate park - Beautiful warm day. Hundreds of Allen
Hummingbirds.
March 21. Warbling Vires here.
March, 22. Went to Lands End - Very
warm. Bush-tits, song sparrows
and white-crowned sparrows in
brush near shore.
March 24. Colder. Townsend warblers
singing.
" 25. Saw flock of Intermediate
Sparrows in clearing beyond end of
Mosswood Road. Warbling Vires
heard again. Parkman Wren lack.
Mar. 26. Pileated Warbler here. Saw
small flock of Townsend Warblers-
singing. Also junco - Kinglets
singing. Sprinkling -
