gound thin quite numerous.
Cal. Gulls most numerous, a few
Molten and a few Glancous-winged
Feb.20. Saw Red-breasted Sapsucker in
Institution Grounds.
Feb. 21- Heard Allen Hummingbird.
Feb.22. Many Purple Finches eating
fruit buds in Reiber garden-
Hock of Juncoes in Elliott's garden-
Also Audubon Warblers.
Feb.23- New Sparrow on feeding
ground - juvenile White-Crowned-
probably Nuttall (Puget Sd.)
Feb.24 Took two pictures of Thrasher,
one of Long Sparrow
(Puget Sd)
Nuttall Sparrow came again.
