Apr.26. Cal. Torhei's nest on pergola beam at Mr. Rieberi. Four eggs spotted with brown at one end. Fox Sparrow still here (Last time) Apr.27. Heard Russet-backed Thrush. Apr.28 Saw juncos on campus near Founder's rock - probably Point Prins juncos. Singing - trill. Went birding with Mrs. Parise and had lunch with Mrs. Noyes. Heard thrushes (Russet backed) Singing beautifully. Heard Yellow Warbler and Lazuli Bunting for first time. Warm Apr.30. Saw and heard song of Mr. Gilliery Warbler in dead oak tree behind [illegible] Frenchman's house.
