in by storm but finished.
May 23. 1 Curlew, 1 Stonechat, Gulls.
May 24. Many Gulls, Murres.
Mr. F.M. Chapman and wife on
board. Mr. C. loaned me Hudson's
"British Birds"- Longman, Green, Co.
May 24-Landed at Liverpool. Spent
day in Chester. Arrived about
6 P.M. at Stratford. Took walk along
river. Heard many song birds.
San Roofs, heard Cuckoos.
