Took a trip with Mr. and Mrs. Chao.
Keyes from Sonora to Lake Tahoe.
James and I went ahead to Sonora
got donkeys and supplies ready.
When Mr. and Mrs. Keyes arrived a
few days later we were ready
to start on. Mr. Keyes was an
ornithologist and helped me
to identify a number of species -
Hairy Woodpecker - Sonora
White Headed Woodpecker - found
necting near Gardner's in June.
Red-Breasted Sapsucker -
