Arrived at no 7 at 9.15 - bird
not seem to go off - but egg warm.
A 7th egg should have laid -
Egg weighed - a bird heard fluttering
about through branches above me.
Left at 9.25.
Arrived 9.50 at no 6 - 4 on -
brooding - young not hungry - heads
all held down on my approach.
Billin greatly splintered - no 6 I
cause checked and was marked with
black sting. young shovel no
more food. I skin a little barbin
middle back traits - scolopular and
lateral edge of pectorals taking on
dark pigment. Egg tight closed.
Keep note about the same as yesterday.
Left at - Wait to put at 10.15 bird
had gone on while I was near (15 ft)
after several unsuccessful attempts -
no note - evidently much anxiety
to get on - and brood young -
young not fed when she did go in.
Eventually young will fill up - and
feeding 10.30 at this hour - not so
yesterday - probably couldn't.
Eaten them so full early in the
day when younger - also fisher
couldn't feed them as much
