Arrived at 515 by met
on No 4. - both birds even
seen and heard along the SE
powd line on the hill where
they were surprising a red-tayt
hawk, perched on the pole - the
nots were thick and shields
of single spiquity - worrying
shribps. The came within
about 15 ft of hawk but no
close as far as I could see.
The noths was frequent and
given by both birds.
I inspected the met -
with chance except that a piece
of soft willow while was run
for the bottom of the nest.
Gwent one overall shribus and
hawk - the luths living at
75 yds - the shribu /moved
along the wire as I came
Close. Returned to met and
sit about 5 min. at 545 the
one bird having disappeared
from view 3 min. before -
appeared by way of crownwillow
bed with nest material in
month - dark corned - not
more than an inch across
by 6 o'clock. - sat several
minutes - then down to nest
