secondaries broken - three sheaths at tips
Tail ½ cm long - bill dark except
for tips and angle smooth - margin anterally
is darkening - egg teeth still plainly
visible. Much thought gained - just
beginning to look around at objects see
they off - heads up at times in the
nest! On the ground they can not sit
up nor hold heads up - belly bare and
extended - feet flesh - grayish blue.
- The small feather detail on pin 10 is
correct and thin beyond that is
definitely a 11 prime vintage - its
infection and shape most positively
suggest this - lores - bristly with
stiff feather sheaths. Bird not
afraid. One mouth at disturbance
by hand or with shaking of limbs.
Weighed and photored young.
& banded at first and clothed
and gave gay stretch vocal turn at

but did not raise fuss as before -
female gave begging note but not
seen at the trial. - Bird then
left - staying sit in field -
occasionally coming with food
& sort pudies but leaving some
after without note. - curiously
no urge for brooding and reactivity
much were relivity attitudes.
