430 - Female gimped off - did not
lose limb - thumbed - strutted nest
and started to peck & tug several turn
pulling the birds leg up with band
above ring. I could see her
do this for several bids. Finally in
dilumined effort to clean nut pulled
young one but by leg and fluttered
drove from nest - 8s generally 8ft away -
- gamed to see error sat by young -
than left & on to watch sex pair cycle
in E tier. - some something - then
begging notes. But soon settled to
nest and settled leaning young on ground.
♀ gimped up - flew thru turn above
where young was - I had reflected in
nest. Could not again tugged at
legs but did not number quickly -
than several turns, every time (crin or so)
gimped off returned & tugged at bends
but less each time.
Got food for self from male me.
Feeding not such felt as yet & it is 355.

Bird renewed flushes early. - cool
cooler breeze - slytill cloudy.
Young now show hunger reaction
standards only mildly. 2 after
perching them some! - q sat quiet
while male demonstrated - just as
yesterday (both of them)
