California Plain Titmouse F22838
was caught in a Pattee trap. F17,738
was caught in a government Harrow trap;
both on the ground, among bushes.
F17,738, when I approached the trap,
repeatedly uttered his (or her) "tseck-a-dee-
de" cry; when released, flew into a bush
close by, and seemed to scold me loudly
with the same cry. F17,750 caught in a
Pattee trap under buckthorn; while in the trap another
Titmouse, presumably its mate, was fluttering about
in a brush close by, and uttering its "tseckadee"
cry. When I released the trapped bird, both
flew away. Bonded by Elabangh Strawberry
Canyon 9/6/25. Repeated 1/3/16.
Dwarf Helmet Shrub A3281 Found dead
