black above, black underwing and upper breast to
throat; white lower breast & belly. Appeared
smaller than Wedgetail. Seen at close range
all with medium length central rectrices and
a trace of vermiculation on mantle.

2 RTTB seen at 0715 after completion: A
Hydro station; were probably from group of 3.
Buds were feeding, dropping into water from
left or so, breaking their fall slightly with
their wings & steering as well. Did not appear
to go below surface! Wings somewhat
extended a split second after impact keeping
bird on surface.
