Ariz. 5821 /34 Aphlecoma var. arizonae 12.8 X 9.6 ↑ 5822 /35 ♀ 1to 12.7 X 9.6 ♀ inv 5823 /36 ♀ 1to 12.7 X 9.7 ♀ 5824 /37 Cyrtonyx massena. 8.7 X 10.7 ♀ Measurement of length is 5/6th of two longest tail feathers which seem to be differently shaped from the others, so that at first they look like coverts. Thighs very macular. Tish white Iris dark brown. When walking up a gulch at the foot of a steep peak a pair of these Partridges flushed from the grass about ten feet ahead of.
