24 Mech 8 Chiricahua Nuts Ariz. (Morse's Mill) they happen to be in one may get a shot - but they must keep behind the trunk of a tree or some other cover. I was particularly fortunate to get three today, but a flock were coming down to drink and I got it in front of them. They are noisy and have quite a variety of calls some of them being very harsh. I think the species is more shy here than in most mountains. The day has been pleasant and birds are on the move 5785 98 Myiadelus townsendi 8.5 X 13.1 9 5786 90 Parus muridalis 4.7 X 7.9 2 5787 100 Sitto 3.2 X 8.6 3 #899/100 were with a flock of P. pinonius.
