Glauceidium or californicum 6.5 X 13.1 A I yellow Was sitting on the extreme Top of a dead Pine, Time 10 a.m. Note "cm" repeated about once a second. Heard another but failed to find it. As it was very difficult climbing in account of the loose rocks I had to shoot at shorter range than I liked.
