I call this by the above name
only because I commenced this
species in that way. I do not
think it is a Oelaphthromus at
all. It is probably a Trochilus
but seems to me to be too large
for T. alexandri as it must be
unless the females average larger
than the males, which is contrary
to my experience with
other species.
