Canachites canadensis. chirping to the sides when the flowers would fold at noon with eagerness & leave many Parrots froth than the Rufus grouse was not noticed. During Marching weather in February I have heard the Hume grouse make a noise very like the throng crack of a gun. But this is an old sound found in her own flight from them.
