10:30-11:15 NUGr. Saw 3, all old friends at saw (places along road). Occasional breeze, mostly calm. No snow. Probably 6 individuals along 150 m of turfy weedy road strip. More moved more than 15 m while watched. Some gave "Pogo hops." Most entered holes freely. Heard no calls, no driving clips or scuttle nearby. May 10 Back to the El Condor Rattles photo place at 5:00. It is 2.8 km beyond the Condor driveway. To scale Fences Cairn ↑ 26th R R R Road 40m Bend Drum R R Gallery Dirt Rd 26 yard wide strip between fence and road, turf and Senecio and bluebgrass and sea-anna. Yesterday saw 5016 individuals along 240 yds of linear habitat. This night breezy to windy, a few sprinklers until 8:00, then partly or mostly clear; no more. 7:30-8:10 - NUG. Saw 4, all previously seen; photo'd. 8:10-9:15 - NUG. Windy clear. Saw 5: 1 where car was yesterday, 1 30 m west of there, 1 at east end of gallery, and 2 old friends. Saw big foot in middle of area. 9:30-10:05 - Jacklight. Saw 600 at west end at 1 at Gallery, but none of the regulars. One big thumb in the middle of strip. 10:10-10:40 - another ground with jacklight. Saw 3, all disappeared promptly, 2 of them old friends.
