She says the flowers are early in her garden (such as tulips were past by the time of the annual Tulip Festival), and other flowers almost gone for today's spring flower show in SCUM. She says the winter and spring have been dry (unlike Christie's comment that there was rain instead of snow). 028.26 Sept 11 a.m. for La Veracruz. Hardly any Berberis darwinii blooming along was scarcely, not beginning yet. The trees at the campsite at La Veracruz is not blooming yet; some bushes leafed out but too bigger trees mostly barely started to leaf out. Dandelions not blooming. Checked out the seasonal location Clump El - exactly the same as my photo last way, with lots of yearling canards, no new shoots yet. Then chose another clump on the east side of the road, 55 yards NE of our campfire, and started counting and measuring. It. None of the bamboo here is blooming, never have seen bloom here. But about 8 cage traps in the fire/ screbling bamboo where there were enough to have taco burrows; 5 p.m. Beautiful light soil, brown, numerous lots of dust.
