:Richardson 34 87 General Account I observed a Water Ouzel plunging into the water after what appeared to be fulgurite. Also observed a brood of young fernos. On the side of the crest an alt. of 10500 ff I saw a pair of Rock Wrens, 1 Nery Eriel, 1 Marmot and 2 Whit- crowned Sparrows singing The weather weather was warm with only a few clouds in the afternoon But last night it was quite cold forming ice over the still water about camp. The evening we saw a small 3 point buck deer about camp. It was in fair condition but not as good as one would expect with the abundant supply of food about. Mr. Orson observed his a bigger buck in better condition.
