J. Richardson 83 '34 General Account M 24 Emerald Lake 9340 ft. Inyo Co., California The catch in the 25 traps this morning was 1 Merrius and 2 Pelomyxena. This morning we got a 7:00 A.M. start for our hike to Moon Lake. The route of travel was around the side at the outlet of Pear Lake and then over the shoulder at the north east of Pear Lake. From this point we followed the little stream up to the Table Meadows and on to Table Land. We took an easy course across Table Land to the ridge at the head of Cloud Canyon. This ridge we followed along in a south direction for a mile or more. From this ridge an excellent view of much of the high country can be seen, Mt. Brown, Table Mt., Milestone Mt. and many of the mountains across the Kings River.
