The Sossels are buying the area s of the driveway. The area N of the driveway is being bought but it is not known by whom. The land is currently owned by three parties. We left Ellicott at about 4:45 pm to go to Sunset Beach State Park to look at the ponds there. see R. Stebbins notes for a description of Sunset Beach. We had a ride with Mr Marinovich through the hinterlands of Watsonville. He pointed out a number of areas where Am. croceum might be found. The best way to check this would be to drive the roads on a rainy fall night.
