Rana werdermanni La Cantarana Camp 2 April Tadpoles very common in pools + backwaters along Rio cantarana. 12 collected 8-10 PM upstream from camp. 3 April Several more tadpoles collected in Rio cantarana upstream from camp. Very common. PM Cascante camp 5 April I collected at night on rocks in Río Cascante just below camp. Trail from Cascante camp to 1200 m camp 7 April One collected at 795m elev. in 1° forest. Well away from streams Quebrada Coralonga 9 April 1 tadpole collected in stream in 1° forest at 490m elev. Also in stream were hybrid tadpoles. Trail from Cascante to 1000 m camp 10 April One collected 4-6 PM on floor of 1° forest at 715m elev. On ridge well away from water. 11 April Another collected in similar habitat. Elevation unknown.
